Does my company need to use an
outside company in order to buy electricity?
No. Any company may on its own shop for an electric supply company.
Why should my company use the
services of a company such as yours?
There are several important reasons to use an outside service. The first is
price. Since we broker deals on a regular basis, we are in the market constantly
shopping on behalf of our customers and are therefore aware of the market
fluctuations and know exactly when to close on a price. In fact unlike other
suppliers or brokers who only sell their product, we can shop for your energy
with any supplier who will provide you with the best price and term based on
your own energy profile. We use this expertise to benefit our customers in
securing for them the lowest possible price for their electricity.
Secondly, we've researched each supplier we recommend to make certain that they
are licensed in your state to sell energy. We have researched the financial
condition of our suppliers to make certain that they are financially stable so
that they will be around to continue to sell you electricity. We've reviewed
their contracts, terms and conditions so that we can express them to you and
make sure you understand.
Third, once we have gathered the pricing from our suppliers, we will make this
presentation to you. This presentation will let you know what your cost for
electricity will be, the estimated savings to be utilized by signing with this
supplier, or if you are better off staying with your local distribution company.
Fourth, our company will be there to answer and assist you in any questions or
concerns you may have, just as we have been for our clients for the past 33
years. Unlike other services, that disappear once they have signed you with a
supplier, we are there for you should you need us. In fact we prefer to work
with our customers to review other areas which may lower their electricity
costs.
What is the process should I
decide to use your services?
We try to keep the process simple and easy. We know you are busy and we don't
want to take anytime away from your daily operations of running your business.
Once you sign our broker agreement, a simple one-page document, and provide us
with a copy of your electric and gas bill. We will obtain your historical usage
and cost data from your utility company.
We then go to our suppliers and "shop" on your behalf based on your
usage profile for the best price and term. Once we receive this information back
from our suppliers, we will prepare a savings analysis comparing the various
quotes as well as what your cost would be should you remain with your utility
company.
Once the analysis is completed we will forward it to you for a decision about
which supplier you want to proceed with and sign their supply agreement. Once
you sign the supply agreement, we forward this to the electricity supplier to
make sure that your account is enrolled.
Once enrolled your company will be on its way to lower energy costs.
